Since 2001, Jeremy’s practice has focused on representing property owners with an emphasis on community association law. A significant part of his practice involves litigation including construction defect, product liability and first party insurance claims. Jeremy also represents numerous community associations in litigation and non-litigation matters related to general governance, major projects and operational issues. Prior to moving to Seattle, Jeremy served the State of Oklahoma as a prosecuting attorney gaining extensive trial experience including the prosecution of over 20 jury trials and numerous non-jury trials. Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking and travelling with his family.
